Deere 48″

Deere 48” Blower

Deere Blowers are easy, they typically have straight housings, no flares, and with no issues related to bolts, etc.  On this Deere 48” the bolt spacing was easy to figure out.  Thanks Roger!

Notice how the skid is able to mount with the nose slightly ahead of the blower.  This skid also provides coverage for the back edge of the blower housing.

John Deere 44" Tractor/Snowblower

Bob,

We are having a series of lake effect storms off the east end of Lake Ontario right now so there is plenty of snow to move almost on a daily basis. First thing tomorrow morning I have another half foot to more in the drifted areas of the driveway to move again. Still we are fortunate here ( we have had around a foot of snow this week ) whileesome areas near here got more than five feet of snow. I am not exaggerating either it has been one snowy week with lots of wind. Redfield NY on the Tug HIll is now up to over 268 inches of snow so far this winter, not a record yet but maybe if it keeps up.

I will use these a few more times before I am sure but I think they are making a big difference.

Hi Bob!

I received my new skids yesterday and installed them in about 20 minutes this morning. They appear well made and very heavy duty.  The recommendation on the website to get the PRO-XTs was spot on and I really like the extra adjustment space it provides. I have the skids set about an inch high for now to prevent scalping the gravel and will likely set them lower when the ground freezes solid. I’m really looking forward to throwing snow without throwing the gravel!  Now we just have to wait for the snow to come back.  Thanks and Happy Holidays.

John Deere 16342

Here is my machine   It’s a 100 series Deere with a 44″ blower. These skids performed great. We had 27″ on my 1200′ gravel driveway plus a parking area that holds 10 cars. A huge area to take care of. I’m a fan for life.  Rich

John Deere TRS27

I ordered my ARMORskids through The Home Depot, and thought you would like a photo of them on my snowblower for your “make/model lookup page” for your website to better assist your future customers who have the same snowblower, John Derre TRS27. Don’t know if I am going to have a chance to try them out this year since our weather here in CT. is warming up already.  As you can see they look great on my machine, and were very easy to install. Looking forward to our next snowfall, even if i have to wait until next year! I am confident they will work as smoothly as advertised.  Thank you for your time and attention in this matter, I’ll be looking for my machine on your website!

Sincerely,

Vincent

John Deere 59″ Blower

It looks like it may be 4.25″ spacing if I’m reading it correctly - the center of the first slot is at 3.25″ and the center of the third slot is at 7.5″.
