Shim kit (spacers) mandatory to clear the stampings. Snowblowerskids.com shims (spacers) can only be installed upside down. I don’t see any issues with this setup for gravel or smooth surfaces. I haven’t had a chance to use them yet but looking forward to giving them a try.
