*Alert* UPS and USPS are both experiencing sporadic slow delivery times. Packages seem to at times spend significant time in distribution centers, and the tracking number does not get updated. These packages are not ‘lost’, they will be delivered at some point. All packages so far have been eventually delivered. So far I’ve only had 1 truly “lost” package this season. Thanks for being patient while our delivery services that we all rely on continue to do the best in these tough times.

Please try to be patient. We are doing the best we can, and will have your order out to you as soon as we possibly can. We understand you don’t want to wait for your new skids, but we are flooded with new orders! This is our peak season and all of our effort is going into filling orders as they come in. As a result, we may not be able to respond promptly to email during January and February, but rest assured we are working on your orders!
